Street food is something, which is loved by everyone; people often can’t control themselves when it comes to street food and why not? When you can get to enjoy some amazingly, tasty food in minimum amount and which can be healthy. 

The street food of Asia is something every foodie, should at least try once in life. So now we are going to share some astounding food from Asia, everyone crave for street food, and when it comes to street food then Chinese street food is something worth trying for, Chinese street food is spicy, tangy, sweet and all kind of flavors and textures can be found here. It might be surprising to hear that you can find some of the most diverse delicacy, such as snakes, cockroach, frogs and more of such insects and animals are consumed in China. 

Unique Preparations

Stinky tofu

Yes you read it right, stinky, this is prepared using soybean curd which is fermented ,the smell of this preparation is not something you are going to like but the once of you try stinky tofu you will fall in love with this.

Steamed buns

Steamed bun also called as bao, it is something which is fond by everyone, steamed food which is also consumed as a breakfast. Steamed bun can be sweet and savory preparations; it is usually filled with meat or red bean paste.

Beggars chicken

A most delicious preparation of chicken, which is baked in an oven covering the chicken with lotus leaves and clay.

Goutie

A pan seared dumpling preparation, which is stuffed with pork meat and vegetables.

Donkey meat sandwich

A donkey meat was earlier which is something, which is not so popular in other countries but can be readily found in china. Donkey meat is cooked in using different sauces and spices and then served in bread pocket.

Cong You Bing

It’s basically a Chinese scallion pancake, the one thing unique about this pancake is that it is layered using flatbread and the stuffed with scallion and then deep fried.

Crepes

It is also known as “Jyen Bing  Jwor dzuh”. Wheat flour and mung bean flour batter spread on flat iron plates topped with vegetables and eggs and brushes with your favorite savory sauce. Which will take just 2 minutes in the streets of China.
